Prior to starting the firm, Mr. Leto was an attorney with a prominent personal injury firm in downtown Miami. Mr. Leto prides himself on his aggressive and tireless representation of his clients and zealously represents clients in all aspects of personal injury and products liability matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, property damage, medical malpractice and environmental law.

He has been selected by his peers as a Top Up and Coming Attorney in the 2008, 2009 and 2010 South Florida Legal Guide as well as Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite 2008, 2009 and 2010. Mr. Leto has also been recognized by SuperLawyers Magazine in 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Leto is a graduate of the University of Arizona Eller College of Business where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Following college, he attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he was an Articles and Comments Editor for the Business Law Review. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude.

Mr. Leto has assisted in obtaining several multi-million dollar settlements, most recently receiving a verdict in excess of $11 million in Pinellas County, Florida. He has litigated throughout the State of Florida and North Carolina in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Leto is licensed to practice in Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Leto was born in Staten Island, New York.
